we arrived without booking earlier this evening. Thursday 2nd of May 2024 young waitress was lovely and helpful. explained we would have a little wait on food. We had 10 0z steak and lasagne. food was gorgeous. generous portions. great value for money. food was presented well too. would recomend . place is a little gem.. The young waitress was really helpful throughout and was the only 1 serving. Glad we decided to go as this is out last evening in Great Yarmouth. wish we had gone before. Give it a try guys. blooming lovely. x
Best place in the borough of Great Yarmouth and district of Waveney for a Carvery bar none!
Lovely venue, very family friendly. Massive bar area, pool table, entertainment, big screens and parrots. Big indoor kids play area and even an outdoor swimming pool. Food in the restaurant was great and so well priced, service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Food well cooked and nice choice of options on the menu.
Myself and my new wife, are writing this review, due to our recent wedding in April, which was held at the licensed chapel, followed by a hot and cold buffet at the plaza suite next to it . The chapel was decorated beautifully and the music was set to our chosen songs for the ceremony , and Donna made sure it all ran smoothly with guests etc . The plaza suite next to it, was stunning with chair sashes matching our themed colours and our very own top table decorated beautifully with a table flower piece, and the other tables with centre piece flowers and fairy lights. We couldn't fault anything, and thank Donna, and all the team and staff that contributed to make our day even more special. Thank you so much Mark and Sharon
It's very lovely here. The staff are so friendly and the service was brilliant overall. The play area is awesome the kids absolutely loved it! Food delicious. We noticed people doing cold dips in the pool too. The whole atmosphere here was just joyful and positive.
The dinners are so yummy and so big! Staff are very friendly! There is a pool table, darts, swimming pool and singers on the weekend. You might wait a little while for your dinner but it will be worth it. Walkable from Cherry Tree.
On a wet day it was great to have somewhere to take the toddlers in the dry at the soft play area. The adults relaxed in the bar and also we enjoyed lunch at the bar which was good tasty food. Staff are welcoming and friendly.
